Formalizan fin de PANAL y PES

Los partidos de Nueva Alianza (NA) y Encuentro Social (PES) se quedarán sin su registro y representación electoral, ratificó el Tribunal Electoral del Estado de México (TEEM).

Este miércoles, los cinco magistrados resolvieron que se justificó la situación jurídica de ambos institutos que a nivel nacional no alcanzaron el tres por ciento de la votación total emitida el 1 de julio.

A pesar de ello, la instancia jurisdiccional aclaró que tanto NA y PES tienen garantizado su participación en la elección extraordinaria de Tonanitla si ésta se ratifica en las tribunales federales.

Por su parte, el representante electoral de NA, Efren Ortiz Álvarez indicó que recurrirá a la instancia federal y que apelará la resolución estatal.

“Vamos a la Sala Regional ha promover un juicio de revisión constitucional. Este tema es sólo por cuestiones que tienen que ver con la acreditación ante los consejos municipales y el general“, se precisó.

“En ambos casos se les indicó a los actores que tal acto derivó de los acuerdos por los que el Instituto Nacional Electoral declaró la pérdida de su registro como partidos políticos nacionales, atendiendo a que en materia electoral no hay suspensión de los actos, se consideró que es conforme a derecho la actuación de la responsable”.

Ortiz Álvarez recordó que el instituto político neoaliancista inició el proceso para obtener su registro a nivel estatal.

Con relación a Vía Radical, también fue desechado de plano su recurso debido a que no tiene interés jurídico ni difuso, para impugnar un acto que afecta a un partido político nacional que ha perdido su acreditación.
