Al momento son seis las personas oficialmente atacadas por perros en el municipio de Toluca, principalmente en la zona de San Mateo Otzacatipan, de los cuales dos fallecieron y a cuatro más les fueron amputados uno o más miembros de su cuerpo.
Fernando Zamora, alcalde de la demarcación explicó que la administración municipal se está haciendo cargo de los gastos médicos y ha ofrecido a ellos que una vez recuperados, puedan integrarse a laborar en el ayuntamiento.
La situación de los perros que al parecer fueron responsables de estos ataques se determinará hoy por parte de la Propaem y serán ellos quienes se hagan cargo de estos 41 perros que hasta ahora se encuentran en el Centro de Control Canino y que fueron revisados por expertos para conocer su condición.
