Exhorto para evitar el “Año de Hidalgo”

•       Poderes Ejecutivo y Legislativo piden a alcaldes respetar recursos públicos al fin de su gestión.

 

Los poderes Ejecutivo y Legislativo del Estado de México recomendaron pulcritud, honestidad y transparencia en los procesos de entrega recepción de las 125 administraciones municipales, y pidieron a los actuales alcaldes que van de salida evitar “saqueos” en las arcas públicas, porque en caso contrario serán sujetos de investigación y probables sanciones administrativas y penales.

Fueron el secretario General de Gobierno, José Manzur Quiroga y el presidente de la Junta de Coordinación Política (Jucopo) del Congreso local, diputado Juvenal Cruz Roa Sánchez quienes advirtieron a los presidentes municipales que el Órgano Superior de Fiscalización del Estado de México (OSFEM) se mantendrá alerta y vigilante de las condiciones en que dejen  los ayuntamientos por término de administración (2013-2015).

“Yo no lo conozco así, yo lo conozco como el último año de gobierno de los presidentes municipales. Pero sin duda en la Cámara de Diputados, a través de la Contraloría y el OSFEM estarán al pendiente de que se den entregas transparentes y conforme lo marca la ley. Quien en un supuesto caso cometa algún ilícito tengan la plena seguridad de que será castigado conforme a la ley”, indicó Manzur.

Por su parte Juvenal Roa advirtió que se tienen todas las condiciones legales para que en caso de detectar algún abuso o detrimento al erario público se investigue y se sancione de manera ejemplar.
