Cancún.- La Canciller y vicepresidenta de soberanía política, seguridad y paz, Delcy Rodríguez Gómez, ofreció una conferencia de prensa dentro del marco de la 47 Asamblea General de la Organización de los Estados Americanos.

* Por unanimidad en la OEA.

Cancún.- La propuesta de 10 resoluciones entregada al Comité General de la Organización de Estados Americanos (OEA) por la delegación de Venezuela, encabezada por la canciller Delcy Rodríguez, fue desechada por unanimidad.

De acuerdo con fuentes de la cancillería mexicana, la propuesta fue desechada ante la falta de seriedad por parte de la delegación venezolana, y por no haberla entregado en tiempo y forma.

Entregada de última hora, los Estados miembro de la organización no estuvieron de acuerdo en ponerse a discutir proyectos de último momento, ya que cuando ellos presentan proyectos o resoluciones, son consensados y entregados en la forma adecuada.

Así, varios países manifestaron su inconformidad con el documento, luego de que Venezuela reiterara su salida de la OEA, por lo que no vieron necesario continuar con sus proyectos en la mesa.

El texto entregado por la delegación venezolana exigía en uno de sus puntos, una resolución sobre el caso de los estudiantes de la escuela normal de Ayotzinapa, Guerrero, lo que demuestra ignorancia sobre el tema, ya que la Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos entrega continuamente informes al respecto, señalaron las fuentes consultadas.

En ese sentido, recordaron que Venezuela no ha aceptado desde hace 14 años la entrada a su país ni de la comisión, ni de ningún otro organismo de derechos humanos.
