* Organismo de Agua de Toluca mantiene respaldo social por inundaciones en Totoltepec.

 

    En días pasados fuertes lluvias causaron estragos en las comunidades de San Blas y La Constitución Totoltepec; por lo que fue necesario emprender acciones para mitigar los daños y brindar todo el apoyo a las familias afectadas.

Esas acciones, dijo el Ing. Rodolfo Martínez Muñoz, director general del Organismo de Agua en Toluca, fueron sugeridas por el alcalde de Toluca, Maestro en Derecho, Braulio Antonio Álvarez Jasso, quien preocupado por la salud e integridad de los habitantes de las zonas, instruyó a esta dependencia para llevarlas a cabo al pie de la letra.

Como primer punto y para desalojar las aguas, el Organismo apoyó con la operación de una bomba de 10″ en la comunidad de San Blas; en la zona de La Constitución Totoltepec se opera de manera permanente el cárcamo de bombeo con una bomba de 125 caballos de fuerza. A parte de reforzar con maquinaria los bordos en los canales y ríos, se desazolvaron aproximadamente 300 metros lineales de éstos. En avenida Las Partidas también se han realizado trabajos de desazolve.

El funcionario, explicó que luego de apoyar con camiones tipo vactor en los predios afectados, se han otorgado 130 litros de hipoclorito de sodio a protección civil para limpieza de cisternas y pisos. Dijo que actualmente en las zonas territoriales afectadas se están operando dos bombas de 8 y 10 pulgadas, así como el cárcamo de bombeo para continuar desalojando agua.

No sólo como obligación, sino como un acto de solidaridad el Organismo que dirige Martínez Muñoz, realiza y organiza las jornadas de trabajo para que los vecinos afectados poco a poco retomen su vida normal.
