Por escrito… En cumplimiento a lo dispuesto por la Constitución Política del Estado de México, el secretario General de Gobierno de la entidad, José Manzur Quiroga entregó por escrito al Congreso local el Cuarto Informe del gobernador, Eruviel Ávila Villegas. Ante diputados mexiquenses el funcionario estatal confirmó que el 8 de octubre encabezará la glosa del informe en el pleno de la Legislatura. (Foto: Juan HERNÁNDEZ)

Al hacer entrega a la LIX Legislatura local del Cuarto Informe del gobernador, Eruviel Ávila Villegas, el secretario General de Gobierno, José Manzur Quiroga afirmó que se han dado logros importantes en la presente gestión, pero también admitió que falta mucho por hacer, que el trabajo aún no está terminado y que en algunos rubros todavía no se avanza “con la prisa que se quisiera”.

Manzur Quiroga asistió por la mañana de ayer al Congreso mexiquense para hacer entrega por escrito del estado que guarda la administración pública, lugar donde reiteró que a cuatro años de la gestión de Ávila Villegas el Estado de México goza de un clima de democracia, diálogo y sano equilibrio entre los poderes públicos que han permitido conseguir resultados de acuerdo a las expectativas y demandas de la colectividad.

Luego de aceptar que aún falta por enfrentar más desafíos en la administración pública, el responsable de las políticas internas de la entidad sostuvo que están construidos los cimientos de un estado más próspero, seguro e incluyente.

“Nos queda claro que no está terminado nuestro trabajo, hemos avanzado pero no con la prisa que nosotros quisiéramos. Tenemos una reducción importante en los índices delictivos, que en muchos de los delitos tenemos un descenso de hasta el 50 por ciento”, dijo Manzur al referirse al tema de la inseguridad.

José Manzur añadió que se tiene una administración eficaz y moderna, a la altura de las exigencias ciudadanas con obra pública y programas sociales que han permitido enfrentar retos, superar inercias y transformar instituciones; así como una alianza con el sector productivo para generar inversión y empleo.

“Los resultados que hoy se someten a su consideración se orientan bajo la premisa de estar cerca de los mexiquenses, conocer sus necesidades y trabajar para atenderlas, ese es el  actuar diario de Eruviel Ávila Villegas, sensible ante los que menos tienen y todo merecen, comprometido con las causas de la población que él hace suyas”.

En este contexto el segundo a bordo del Poder Ejecutivo sostuvo que el gobierno de Eruviel Ávila se sigue rigiendo bajo los preceptos de transparencia y honestidad para consolidar un gobierno solidario, un estado progresista y una sociedad protegida.

Finalmente el secretario José Manzur dijo que él será quien encabece la Glosa del Cuarto Informe ante la Cámara de Diputados, donde se tiene previsto que el 8 de octubre comparezca ante el pleno de la soberanía y de ahí se deriven las asistencias de varios integrantes del gabinete de Eruviel Ávila para atender señalamientos, críticas y observaciones de la gestión estatal.
