    Al muy puro estilo de los narcocorridos que le componen en su honor Joaquín Guzmán Loera, alias «El Chapo Guzmán», la volvió hacer. Se fugó -por segunda ocasión- de un penal de máxima seguridad, sólo que ahora fue del Altiplano en Almoloya de Juárez.

Estrategia de Escape: Túnel de más de 1.5 kilómetros de longitud, 10 metros por debajo de la cárcel federal, alta ingeniería y tiempo contado en meses para ser construido; con sigilo, nadie se dio cuenta.

Como por arte de magia desapareció de las cámaras de vigilancia que todo lo ven al grado de no dejar «punto ciego» al interior del CEFERESO número 1; las paredes se lo tragaron, entró subió, bajó, corrió kilometro y medio de la tierra, salió al aire para recobrar ilegalmente su libertad alrededor de las 22:00 horas del pasado sábado, pero la noticia se confirmaría hasta las primeras horas de ayer domingo.

«El Chapo» Guzmán ya no era más inquilino del Altiplano, nuevamente se convertía en el narcotraficante más buscado y en el enemigo público número uno de varios gobiernos internacionales; aunque también recobraba su poder al mando del Cartel de Sinaloa.

Con la noticia inocultable acuestas el comisionado nacional de Seguridad, Monte Alejandro Rubido García, terminó por confirmar que Joaquín Guzmán Loera logró burlar nuevamente las barricadas de un penal federal desde un pequeño espacio de 50 centímetros de diámetro y a partir de la zona de tratamientos especiales, sección 20. «Dicho orificio comunica a su vez con un conducto vertical de aproximadamente 10 metros de profundidad, habilitado con una escalera, así se llega hasta un túnel con dimensiones aproximadas de 1.7 metros de altura y de 10 a 80 cm de ancho, mismo que se extiende por una longitud aún indeterminada pero que en línea recta de punto a punto representa más de mil 500 metros», explicó Rubido García.

A partir de la media noche del sábado se activaron las alertas rojas y de inmediato se procedió a montar un operativo por cielo y tierra para tratar de recapturarlo, cosa que hasta este momento no ha sucedido. A oscuras y de madrugada autoridades federales iniciaron la búsqueda de «El Chapo Guzmán». Con un impresionante dispositivo de seguridad dentro y fuera de la cárcel federal, elementos de la Marina, el Ejército, Policía Federal y PGR trataron, primero, de saber por dónde se fugó el narcotraficante y segundo, tratar de ubicarlo.

Mediante filtros de revisión en diversas carreteras del Estado de México, de manera especial en la autopista Toluca-Atlacomulco, que es la más cercana al centro preventivo del Altiplano, se movieron todos los recursos disponibles pero sin éxito.

Alrededor de las 4:00 de la madrugada de ayer el comisionado de seguridad del Estado de México, Eduardo Valiente Hernández, arribó al penal de máxima seguridad donde hizo una breve revisión, platicó con mandos de las fuerzas federales y salió del inmueble para sumar a las policía mexiquense a las labores de búsqueda del narcotraficante fugado. De ahí en adelante las reacciones de diversos sectores, desde diferentes latitudes y en variados tenores. El Chapo se había escapado…otra vez.
