Orden y seguridad en tianguis de la Aviación

    Con base en la política pública de recuperar los espacios y activar la economía de manera ordenada y en el marco de la ley, así como mantener la seguridad al exterior e interior del mercado Aviación Autopan, el ayuntamiento de Toluca encabezado por el alcalde, Braulio Antonio Álvarez Jasso, realiza operativos semanales.

Son ya nueve las semanas en las que la autoridad municipal, con apoyo de la Comisión Estatal de Seguridad (CES) y las instancias municipales de la Secretaría del Ayuntamiento, Seguridad Pública, Protección Civil, Desarrollo Económico, Derechos Humanos, Contraloría y Gobierno, entre otras, lleva a cabo acciones específicas que han sido bienvenidas por los 12 mil comerciantes del tianguis en el que se comercializa ropa, zapatos y alimentos, entre un sinfín de otros productos al mayoreo, medio mayoreo y menudeo en ese zoco.

Al respecto, el director de Seguridad Pública y Vial de Toluca, Arturo Michelet Hernández Flores, detalló que como parte del operativo, con apoyo de la CES, se ilumina el puente desde la madrugada, a través de estructuras metálicas y se colocan elementos policiacos de a pie, con protocolos de seguridad especiales para protección y seguridad de las cerca de 50 mil personas estimadas que arriban al tianguis provenientes del Valle de Toluca, Distrito Federal y estados circunvecinos.

Para ello, el ayuntamiento de Toluca cuenta con 210 elementos de la CES; destina 100 elementos seguridad pública municipal; 25 elementos de seguridad vial; 18 elementos de la Unidad de Verificación administrativa; 20 patrullas, dos grúas y un autobús, así como personal del Ministerio Público, la Contraloría, Derechos Humanos, y 10 elementos de Protección Civil que permanecen durante toda la jornada comercial, cuya presencia conjunta ha inhibido sustancialmente la comisión de delitos.

Por otra parte, cabe mencionar que además de los operativos, la movilidad y accesibilidad dentro del Tianguis Aviación Autopan ha sido posible gracias a la modernización de la infraestructura, con la aplicación de más de 30 millones de pesos en obras para la fachada, una cisterna para abastecer los módulos de sanitarios, la construcción de los accesos para autobuses o carriles de paraderos e iluminación, entre otros servicios básicos; nuevas instalaciones para la administración del zoco y la instalación de un transformador para abastecer de energía eléctrica a las nuevas luminarias ubicadas en el interior y a la orilla de ese espacio comercial.

Asimismo, está por concluirse la construcción de los mil 500 metros de barda perimetral que brindará mayor seguridad al mercado, incluirá la pavimentación de calles aledañas con lo que se contribuye a disminuir el tráfico vehicular de dicha zona. En este sentido, cabe mencionar que en un trayecto de lo que se conoce como La Maquinita al Mercado Aviación Autopan que se realizaba en un promedio de 50 minutos, con el reordenamiento permitió que se haga ahora en sólo nueve minutos.

La nueva infraestructura aunada a los operativos semanales, donde la mayor afluencia se registra de las 6:00 a las 13:00 horas, permite actualmente la entrada a cerca de 90 camiones, logrando el acceso de más de 2 mil 500 personas, a través del circuito, hasta la parte posterior del mercado, situación que anteriormente era imposible con el bloqueo de esta vía. Ahora las rutas autorizadas con un policía a bordo, llegan al paradero alterno ubicado hasta el fondo del mercado.
