Estrenan ley y oficinas… El procurador de Justicia, Alejandro Gómez; la consejera Jurídica, Luz María Zarza y el subsecretario de Gobierno, Héctor Jiménez inauguraron ayer la nueva Comisión Ejecutiva Estatal de Atención a Víctimas, con lo cual también se estrenó la norma estatal que dará atención, apoyo y restitución a los ofendidos del delito en la entidad, comenzando por los casos Tlatlaya y San Salvador Atenco.   • Abogado de los mexiquenses refutó cifras de «Alto  al Secuestro» que señalan aumento en este delito.

 

    El procurador general de Justicia del Estado de México (PGJEM), Alejandro Jaime Gómez Sánchez negó que el delito de secuestro en la entidad se haya disparado en el mes de septiembre, tal y como lo ventiló a inicios de semana la organización «Alto al Secuestro».

Sin embargo, Gómez Sánchez sí admitió que organizaciones como La Familia Michoacana han estado cometiendo este delito en la entidad, situación que también exhibió la dirigente y activista de dicha asociación civil, Isabel Miranda de Wallace.

En entrevista, el titular del Ministerio Público estatal aseguró que los datos que se tienen de manera oficial indican una reducción de hasta el 11 por ciento en la comisión del delito de plagio, en el territorio mexiquense.

Y es que el lunes pasado Isabel Miranda presentó datos en los que revela que en estados como Tamaulipas y México, el secuestro tuvo un repunte considerable en el mes pasado.

«Los datos que tiene Alto al Secuestro es responsabilidad de esta organización darlos a conocer, porque ha de tener el sustento a ese respecto… Por cuanto hace a los secuestros que se tienen registrados en el fuero común, tenemos una disminución del 11 por ciento, del 1 de enero hasta el viernes 16 de octubre», afirmó.

Alto al Secuestro también dijo que en el Distrito Federal y en municipios conurbados del Estado de México organizaciones criminales como La Familia Michoacana y Los Zetas están cometiendo este delito.

«En ciertos puntos del Estado de México hemos tenido incidentes delictivos con personas que se ostentan como miembros de la supuesta organización de La Familia Michoacana, no podemos desconocer que en ciertos lugares del estado ha operado ésta y otros grupos delictivos que se ostentan como tales».

Alejandro Gómez sostuvo que existe plena coordinación con el gobierno del Distrito Federal para el intercambio de cifras e información sobre diversos hechos delictivos, por lo que independientemente de las organizaciones criminales ambas entidades trabajan en la investigación y persecución de los delitos.
